What is the Booking fee and what does the Booking Fee Cover?
The Booking Fee is $8 PER FAMILY. We have recently implemented a booking fee to ensure to cover the costs of feed for the animals. Booking Fee is NON REFUNDABLE
What do I need to do in order to book spots for 2 or more families?
When you click on the Book Now button you will see a couple different "Book a family spot" option, please select as many as possible.
Do I need to book a spot in order to visit the store?
Absolutely Not! If you just want to simply visit the store, all you have to do is visit during our open hours. You do not need to book a time to visit.
What is the Admission Cost and what does it cover?
Admission is by Donation Only. This is on top of the booking fee. The admission costs cover farm expenses. We accept Cash, Debit or Credit.
Can we bring our Dogs (or other pets?)
Unfortunately, No. We have a new puppy that isn't used to other dogs as well as our Alpacas aren't comfortable around new animals and they will get scared. Please keep all pets at home during your visit. Thank you.

We are just outside of Three Hills & Torrington. Please visit our location page as it has our google pin directions. This is the best way to get our location.
