Waiver Form

Booking Fee:  $8 per family | Booking fee includes feed for the animals during your visit. Please select any amount of family bookings as needed.

Admission: by Donation. (We accept cash, debit or credit card) Admission goes towards covering wages and farm costs. 

* Booking fees are not a part of the admission to the farm

Cancellations:  No refunds on cancellations, although you can you reschedule your visit if you message us within 24 hours without paying another booking fee.

More Info:

– All bookings are in 2hr time slots

– You can book up to 2 families at once

– Dogs: Please do not bring your dogs to the farm as our Alpacas are not comfortable with dogs.

WAIVER FORM

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge to Kirk’s Alpaca Farm (Dennis and Josee Kirk) that:

  1. I am actively aware of the risk(s) of participating in a visit on our working farm and working around livestock, which includes alpacas, chickens, cats, dogs and any other animals on Kirk’s Alpaca Farm (Dennis and Josee Kirk) property.
  2. I assume all foregoing risk of using Kirk’s Alpaca Farm (Dennis and Josee Kirk) property, and accept personal responsibility for damages from my use, including, but not limited to injury, disability, or death.
  3. I release, waive, and discharge Kirk’s Alpaca Farm (Dennis and Josee Kirk), from any and all liability to me, my heirs, and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, related to my use of Kirk’s Alpaca Farm (Dennis and Josee Kirk), property. I agree to accept full responsibility for any guest whom I bring to Kirk’s Alpaca Farm (Dennis and Josee Kirk) property, and will defend and indemnify Kirk’s Alpaca Farm (Dennis and Josee Kirk) against any claim brought by such person. 

I have read the above waiver and release, understand that I give up substantial rights by booking a visit to Kirk’s Alpaca Farm, and sign it voluntarily.
